Collections of Interesting Things

• Velvetyne Libre Friends is itself a list of links. Velvetyne is open source font forge, and this is a collection of other open forges or collections of fonts. This one is especially great.
• Gadget Catalogs is an interesting article about the "gadget catalog" by DAK Industries Incorporated, with lots of pictures of techy gadgest and a collection of high-res scans.

• wreckag.es is a blog by the amazing Erin Kissane, a place for their thinking about social networks.
• Atomic Robo is a webcomic about a nearly 200 year old robot doing action science, which means he fights Nazis, evil genius dinosaurs and stuff like that.
• Computers Are Bad is a newsletter/blog about computing history. I learned a lot about how and why things were designed as they were, and how this still impacts our current networks.
